Clicker-1 is a rather simple web app that allows for counting event participants, much like a "tally counter", but with a live feed that can be shared with other people.
There is one screen to view/input the count for a single clicker, and a table screen for viewing multiple locations at the same time.
It was first created in 2024 as a small-scale experiment for RLCT, and tested at a slightly larger scale for MS Bike.
It was tested at a larger scale during CN Cycle 2025, and at full scale during CN Cycle 2026.
It worked really well for both events (check the results below), though it was determined that it did need more advanced functionality – such as logins, and organizing more formally into "events" – would make it easier to administer and distribute. I will be gradually working on this over the next while.
